Job Descriptions :
* To find a potential or strategic location regarding to develop a new restaurant outlet throughout Indonesia
General Requirements:
* Male / Female
* A degree in Management / Public Relation / Communication or related major with GPA of 3.00
* Experience in food & beverage or restaurant industry is a big plus
* At least 3-5 years of experience as Business Development Manager in a similar industry is preferable
* Be proficient in making business presentations and writing proposals
* Have a pleasant personality, good communication skill and must be able to interact with all levels
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Honest, Hard worker, self starter, initiative, drive and enthusiasm, having excellent interpersonal skills
* Good in detail, strong analytical thinking, Good planning and organization skills, able to work with tight schedule / deadline
* Communicate in a clear and concise manner orally and writing using English
* Involved in building strong brand awareness as well as handling for promotions, media placement and events
* Good Understanding with Ms. Office (Excel & Word) and familiar with internet
* Must have a wide network of contacts and a very resourceful mindset.
* Able to do multi task and work under pressure.
* Willing to travel throughout Indonesia
